Heavy interior reset for neglected cabins — odor treatment, mildew-focused cleaning, stain work, and a deep head/galley reset.
Large Yacht Multi-Cabin
Custom interior detail for 60ft+ or multi-stateroom vessels — quoted by cabin count, heads, crew areas, and materials.
Interior-only. Exterior wash, wax, polish, hull, bottom cleaning, and exterior teak/canvas are quoted separately.
Access, travel & add-on fees
- Lift / platform / spotter — $75–$1,500+ depending on aircraft or helicopter size and access.
- FBO, hangar, ramp & marina fees — billed as a separate line item, never absorbed into the base price.
- Rush / same-day / after-hours service — 20–35% surcharge on the subtotal.
- Travel outside Miami-Dade — $150–$500 (Broward, Palm Beach, the Keys).
- Travel outside Florida — $1,500–$4,000, quoted by destination.
- Condition multiplier — 1.0× normal condition up to 1.75×+ for heavy oxidation, mildew, or restoration-level work.
All prices are starting prices. Final quotes reflect size, condition, access, and requested finish level. Jobs over $1,000 require a 50% deposit to schedule.
